Sives Properties is operated by husband and wife team Ken and Jayne Sives, who are no strangers to the local property market. Both Ken and Jayne have a vast knowledge of the local area from Carrickfergus to Carnlough and beyond, and they are assisted by their office manager, Sharon Logan. Our company has almost 25 years combined experience within the property market, and our business model is based on providing a professional, ethical and honest approach to selling and renting properties across the East Antrim Area.

Ken Sives

Ken Sives has been involved in property and mortgages for over 20 years and has worked for many different companies both in Scotland and Northern Ireland. Ken was jointly responsible for bringing a major international estate agency to Larne in 2005, and since then has continued to develop his valuable insight into property. He has also undertaken various estate agency certifications including an Agent Mentoring Program, allowing him to develop and grow the careers of his fellow colleagues. As an excellent valuer and negotiator, Ken was the winner of various awards with the international estate agency chain. With his strong knowledge of the local market, Ken is also a regular contributor to property related articles in the local press.

Ken is a qualified Mortgage and Financial Adviser and thus has an excellent understanding of the mortgage and legal processes involved with selling/purchasing/renting a property. Holding the Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice qualification, if you need mortgage advice, contact Ken!

Jayne Sives

Jayne Sives was jointly responsible for bringing a major international estate agency to Larne in 2005. She has also worked in various customer focused roles across Northern Ireland and is predominately involved with the rental market, together with managing the financial affairs of the company.

With an excellent understanding of the issues facing both tenants and landlords when renting a property, Jayne is dedicated to providing a personal service from start to finish that will make renting a property an easy process. Jayne has vast experience of management of rental properties, ensuring that any issues are dealt with swiftly and efficiently.

Sharon Logan

Sharon Logan is the Office Manager and is often the first point of contact for many clients. She worked for various estate agencies, including a large Belfast practice for over 10 years. Sharon has vast experience in all property related matters. Sharon joined Ken and Jayne in 2005, and has since greatly expanded her knowledge of the industry. In previous roles, Sharon has worked with the public on a day to day basis and as a multi property owner, is aware of the issues involved with both rentals and sales.
